After making the check-in, one of our assistants will provide you with full support in filling out a clinical form and a health questionnaire in order to complete all the information needed for your evaluation appointment.
3.FIRST TIME APPOINTMENT
While waiting for the diagnosis appointment, that we call “first time appointment””, you can enjoy the comfort of our lounge, watch TV, massager , meditate in meditation room, access the internet or read newspapers and magazines. You can also visit our cafeteria to enjoy tea coffee etc
4. IMAGIOLOGY SERVICE
Next, there is the visit to the imagiology service, where a Panoramic X-ray is performed, which will provide your dentist with the necessary information about your oral health.
5.EVALUATION MEDICAL APPOINTMENT
With the information provided by the imagiology service, the dentist is then able to make a direct observation of the oral health of each patient. All the collected data are fundamental for a correct analysis of each case.
6. TREATMENT PLAN
With this information and observation, your dentist is able to evaluate your needs and draw up a treatment plan completely appropriate for your case.
7.CHECK OUT DR.KOCHARS HOUSE OF SMILES
After the appointment, you will return to the office of the” first time appointment”. Your treatment plan will be delivered to you by an assistant and will be valid for a period of one (1) year. Questions regarding the treatment plan, conditions of payment or any other doubts, will be duly clarified so that you check out relaxed and informed.
